Subscription management & billing cycle

Rizer CRM simplifies subscription management and billing by allowing users to initiate and track subscriptions with customizable billing cycles.

In Rizer CRM, when a deal with a subscription pricing model is won, the subscription can be initiated through the use of billing cycles. This feature allows you to effectively manage and track the ongoing payments associated with the subscription.

To begin a subscription, navigate to the billing cycles tab within the won deal and click on the “Start” button.

This action will open a modal window displaying all the relevant subscription details. Here, you will have the opportunity to select the desired subscription start date.

It’s important to note that the first billing cycle will be created based on the chosen start date.

The newly created billing cycle will automatically inherit all the pertinent information from the won deal, such as the number of units, the number of properties, the price per property, and the total calculated fee.

However, if needed, you have the flexibility to override these default values by using the Custom price option. This feature enables you to adjust the pricing according to specific requirements or agreements.

In addition to creating the initial billing cycle, Rizer CRM also provides the capability to add future billing cycles.

This allows you to plan and schedule upcoming payments in advance, ensuring a smooth and organized subscription management process.

Once a subscription has been started, you have the ability to edit each billing cycle individually. This is particularly useful if there are any changes or adjustments that need to be made to specific cycles.

Alternatively, you can also edit the subscription start date itself.

By doing so, all subsequent billing cycles will be automatically updated to reflect the new start date, saving you time and effort in managing the subscription timeline. Rizer will alert you regarding this.
