Sales Intro Emails
Sales intro emails are automated emails that are sent to a deal contact immediately after a new deal is created in Rizer CRM. These emails are designed to introduce the deal owner and establish a connection with the potential customer.
How to set up sales intro emails:
- Create a new deal in Rizer CRM
- In the deal creation modal, select the desired sales intro email template
- Once the deal is created, the selected email will be automatically sent from the deal owner to the deal contact

Marketing Emails
Marketing emails are automated emails that are triggered when a lead submits a web form on your website. These emails serve as a confirmation to the lead, acknowledging that their information has been received and that they will be contacted soon.
How marketing emails work:
- A lead submits a web form on your website
- Rizer CRM captures the lead’s information, including their email address
- An automated marketing email is sent from a no-reply address to the lead’s email address
Example of a marketing email:
Subject: Thank You for Contacting [Company Name]!
Dear [Lead Name],
Thank you for reaching out to [Company Name]. We have received your information and are excited to learn more about your needs.
One of our representatives will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to discuss how our products/services can benefit you and your business.
