Rep performance

Rizer CRM provides comprehensive dashboards that allow you to analyze and compare the performance of your sales representatives. These dashboards enable you to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

In this article, we will explore the dashboards available for first contact reps, sales reps, and demo reps.

For each dashboard you can select the period you want to view the data for, and you can filter the tables by user or by leads or customers.

Each dashboard consists of a table and a graph, showing relevant data for the given period.

First Contact Rep Dashboard

The first contact rep dashboard provides an overview of the performance of your first contact representatives (inbound or outbound). The table includes the following metrics:

  1. User: The name of the first contact representative.
  2. Number of Actions: The total number of actions performed by the rep within the specified period.
  3. Actions on Converted Deals: The total number of actions performed on deals that eventually converted to sales.
  4. Deals Converted to Sales: The number of deals that converted to sales, attributed to the first contact rep.
  5. Direct Wins from First Contact: The number of deals that were won directly from the first contact stage, without progressing to further stages.

Sales Rep Dashboard

The sales rep dashboard offers insights into the performance of your sales representatives. The table displays the following information:

  1. User: The name of the sales representative.
  2. Number of Actions: The total number of actions performed by the rep within the given period.
  3. Number of Wins: The number of deals successfully closed by the sales rep.
  4. Subscription/One-off Value: The value of subscription-based or one-time deals closed by the rep.
  5. Total Deal Value: The total value of all deals closed by the sales rep within the specified period.

Demo Rep Dashboard

The demo rep dashboard focuses on the performance of representatives responsible for conducting product demos. The table includes the following metrics:

  1. User: The name of the demo representative.
  2. Total Demos: The total number of demos conducted by the rep within the given period.
  3. Demos in Winning Deals: The number of demos conducted by the rep that were part of deals that ultimately resulted in a win.
  4. Deals Participated in Converted to Win: The number of deals in which the demo rep participated that successfully converted to a win.

Company Averages

At the bottom of each dashboard, Rizer CRM provides company averages for the given period.

These averages serve as benchmarks, allowing you to compare individual rep performance against the company’s overall performance.

By analyzing these averages, you can identify top performers, spot areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your sales processes.
