Segmenting your leads & customers

Once you have successfully set up segmentation, this feature becomes an integral part of the system. It plays a crucial role in enhancing the management and allocation of leads and customers, ensuring a more streamlined and efficient process.

Filtering the pipeline

One important use case for segmentations is their role in filtering the pipeline.

This feature is particularly useful in the main filter section of both the List view and Pipeline view of the Pipeline, where you have the option to filter by all available segments.

By utilizing this filter, you can conveniently select from the available options or even opt for None to view all companies that do not fit into a specific segment.

Filtering leads

Similarly to the method described above, you have the option to filter leads, whether they are Inbound leads or Outbound leads.

This filtering process involves selecting the Segment filter from the filter section and then choosing one of the available options. It’s worth noting that only the options that are both available and in use will be displayed.

Implementing this type of filtering system can greatly assist managers in effectively allocating and visualizing the stock of leads available for any given segment.

Filtering deals

When looking to filter out companies that are not yet customers but have an active deal ongoing, you have the option to use the Segment filter from the filter section.

Once you have selected the Segment filter, you can then proceed to choose one of the available options. Alternatively, you can opt for None to view all companies that do not fit into a specific segment but still have an active deal.

Utilizing this filter in conjunction with forecasts and pipelines can provide managers with a more comprehensive understanding of the current pipeline structure.

The company page

On any company page, the right sidebar displays the segment that the company fits into. This information is presented right below the company name in the top section of the sidebar.

Users can easily identify the segmentation name and the specific segment that the company fits into.

When hovering over the information icon (i) for more details, you can view all the roles to which the Territory is assigned, as shown in the example above.

Filtering All companies listing

In the same way you filter other tables inside Rizer CRM you can also filter the All companies section.

Select the Segment filter, and choose one of the available segment options. Alternatively, you can opt for None to view all companies that do not fit into a specific segment but still have an active deal.
