Release Notes

Stay up to date with what’s new in Rizer Recycling. This page covers recent updates, improvements, and what’s coming next.

How We Release Updates

Rizer is a cloud-based application, so updates are deployed automatically. You don’t need to download or install anything — new features and improvements appear in your account as they’re released.

We typically release:

  • Major features: Every few months
  • Improvements and enhancements: Monthly
  • Bug fixes: As needed, often weekly

When significant changes affect your workflow, we’ll notify you through in-app announcements or email.

Latest Updates

January 2026

Improved AI Suggestions for Recycling

We’ve enhanced the AI that suggests recycle reasons and callback dates when you recycle a deal.

What’s new:

  • More accurate reason detection based on deal notes
  • Better callback date suggestions aligned with your historical patterns
  • Clearer reasoning explanations so you understand why AI made a suggestion

How to use it: When recycling a deal, AI suggestions appear automatically. Review the reasoning, accept if it matches your knowledge, or override with your own selection.

Bulk Actions for Ready Callbacks

Managing large numbers of ready-for-callback deals is now faster.

What’s new:

  • Select multiple deals from the Ready for callback list
  • Re-engage all selected deals at once
  • Assign owners individually or apply the same owner to all
  • Choose lead or deal for the entire batch

How to use it: Go to Deals > Ready for callback, check the boxes next to deals you want to re-engage, and click “Re-engage prospect.”

Flow Performance Enhancements

Better visibility into how your nurturing flows perform.

What’s new:

  • Step-level metrics showing opens, clicks, and unsubscribes per email
  • Trend indicators showing improvement or decline over time
  • Comparison view to see how flows perform against each other

How to use it: Open any flow and go to the Performance tab to see the enhanced metrics.

December 2025

Missing Feature Auto-Callbacks

Deals linked to missing features now automatically become ready when features ship.

What’s new:

  • Mark a feature as “Completed” in Reports > Missing Features
  • All deals linked to that feature instantly move to Ready for callback
  • “Triggered by” field shows “Feature completed” so you know why it’s ready

How to use it: When recycling a deal for a missing feature, link it to the specific feature. When your product team ships that feature, update the status to Completed. Affected deals become ready automatically.

Competitor Satisfaction Tracking

Track how satisfied prospects are with the competitor they chose.

What’s new:

  • Satisfaction field when recording competitor information during recycling
  • Satisfaction data visible in Competitors report
  • Filter and prioritize re-engagement based on satisfaction levels

How to use it: When recycling a deal lost to a competitor, rate the prospect’s apparent satisfaction. Use this later to prioritize outreach to dissatisfied prospects.

Enhanced Dashboard

The main dashboard now provides better at-a-glance insights.

What’s new:

  • Pipeline expansion highlights showing key metrics
  • Recent activity feed for wins and re-engagements
  • Nurturing status overview
  • Getting Started checklist for new accounts

How to use it: The new dashboard appears automatically when you log in. Click any metric card to drill into details.

November 2025

Day-of-Week Restrictions for Auto-Creation

Control which days of the week Rizer automatically creates deals in HubSpot.

What’s new:

  • Configure allowed days for auto-creation (e.g., only Tuesday and Thursday)
  • Deals becoming ready on restricted days queue until the next allowed day
  • Separate settings for deals and leads

How to use it: Go to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot > Settings > Deal Export (or Lead Export) and configure the day-of-week checkboxes.

Nurturing Audience Match Count

See how many contacts match your flow criteria in real-time.

What’s new:

  • Live count displayed while editing audience filters
  • Instant feedback as you add or remove criteria
  • Warning when filters result in zero matches

How to use it: When creating or editing a flow, go to the Audience tab. The match count updates as you adjust filters.

Email Template Improvements

Creating nurturing emails is now easier.

What’s new:

  • More pre-built templates for common scenarios
  • Improved drag-and-drop editor
  • Better mobile preview
  • Additional personalization fields

How to use it: When adding a step to a flow, browse the template gallery or start from scratch with the improved editor.

October 2025

Full recycling support for HubSpot leads, not just deals.

What’s new:

  • Import leads from HubSpot lead pipelines
  • Recycle leads with reasons and callback dates
  • Re-engage leads to create new lead records
  • Lead-specific reporting and metrics

How to use it: If your HubSpot uses leads, configure lead import in Settings > Integrations > HubSpot > Settings > Lead Import. Leads appear in a separate section in the navigation.

Sales Execution Issue Tracking

AI now identifies potential sales process problems in lost deals.

What’s new:

  • AI analyzes deal history for execution issues (slow follow-up, limited stakeholder engagement, etc.)
  • Issues displayed when recycling
  • Aggregated reporting on common execution problems
  • Breakdown by rep for coaching opportunities

How to use it: When recycling a deal, review any AI-identified execution issues. See aggregate data in Reports > Sales Execution.

Cohorts for Flow Organization

Organize nurturing flows into folders.

What’s new:

  • Create cohorts to group related flows
  • Cohorts appear in sidebar navigation
  • Filter flow list by cohort

How to use it: When creating a flow, select or create a cohort. Flows are then grouped in the Nurturing > Flows sidebar.

  • See AI suggestions in context

How to use it: After connecting Rizer, customize your HubSpot record layout to add the Rizer card. It appears in the right sidebar of deal and lead records.

What’s new:

  • Configure standard callback periods per reason
  • “Missing feature” can default to “When feature ships”
  • Defaults pre-fill when recycling but can be overridden

How to use it: Go to Settings > Recycling > Callback defaults to configure periods for each reason.

Product Merging

What’s new:
