User management

Access Users: In the “Settings” menu, click on “Users.”

  • Users: You will see a list of all users, including yourself and any sales reps imported from your connected Hubspot account.
  • Add Users: Click the “+ User” button (top-right) to create new Rizer users.
  • User Details:
    • First Name, Last Name: Enter the user’s name.
    • Login Email: Provide a valid email address. The user will receive a link to set their password.
    • Profile Picture: Optionally upload a profile picture for the user.
  • Business Information:
    • Managed By: Select the user who will manage this user (likely you, as the owner).
  • Account Information:
    • User Type: Assign a role that defines their permissions within Rizer.
    • Account Language: Select the user’s preferred language.
    • Timezone: Set the user’s timezone.
    • Time Format: Choose the user’s preferred time format.
  • Contact Details:
    • Spoken Languages: Indicate the user’s spoken language(s).
    • Country: Select the user’s country.
    • Prefix: Enter the country code for the user’s phone number.
    • Phone Number: Provide the user’s phone number.
  • Save: Click “Add” to create the user.
