Workflow performance

  • Access Dashboard: Go to “Settings” > “Nurturing” > “Workflows” and select the workflow you want to analyze.
  • Show Performance: Click the “Workflow Performance” tab.
  • Overall Metrics: View key metrics for the entire workflow, including:
    • All-time audience: Total number of contacts that have entered the workflow.
    • Average emails daily: The average number of emails sent per day.
    • Open Rate: Percentage of emails opened by recipients.
    • CTR (Click-Through Rate): Percentage of recipients who clicked a link in an email.
    • Bounce Rate: Percentage of emails that failed to deliver.
    • Marked as Spam: Number of recipients who marked your emails as spam.
  • Individual Email Breakdown: See performance data for each email step within the workflow, including send, delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and bounced metrics.
  • Company-Level Data: Click on individual companies within the workflow to see their specific engagement history.

Note: Keep in mind that click rates and open rates are based on the number of delivered emails, while bounce rate is based on the total number of sent emails. This means open rates and click rates show the percentage of successfully delivered emails that were opened or clicked. In contrast, bounce rate represents the percentage of all sent emails that couldn’t be delivered.
