Configuring the right side card

The Rizer Recycling app allows you to customize the display of key recycling data and functionalities directly on your HubSpot records. This guide walks you through the process of adding these cards to a specific object view in HubSpot.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that the Rizer Recycling app is already installed in your HubSpot account.
• You must have the necessary permissions to modify integrations and customize views.
• Familiarity with HubSpot settings and navigation will help during the process.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Settings
   • Log in to your HubSpot account.
   • Click the settings icon located in the top navigation bar.
2. Access Connected Apps
   • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Connected apps.
   • This section displays all the apps connected to your account, including Rizer Recycling.
3. Locate the Rizer Recycling App
   • Scroll through the list or use the search function to find Rizer Recycling.
   • Click Actions next to the app, then select Go to settings.
4. Add App Cards
   • Within the app settings, click on the “App cards” tab.
   • This view shows details for all the cards included with the Rizer Recycling app.
   • Next to the card you wish to add, click the button labeled “Add to [object]” (the [object] represents the HubSpot object where you want to display the card, such as Contacts, Companies, Deals, or Tickets).
5. Customize the Object’s View
   • You will now be redirected to the object customization page for the selected [object].
   • Click on the name of the view that you wish to modify (for example, “Default View” or a custom view).
6. Add the Rizer Recycling App Card
   • In the view editor panel, click the “Add cards” button.
   • In the right panel under “Card types,” switch to the “Apps” section.
   • Locate and select the checkbox next to the new Rizer Recycling card.
7. Save Your Changes
   • After selecting the card, click “Save and exit” in the top right corner of the view editor.
   • Your new Rizer Recycling card will now be visible in the chosen object view.

Additional Tips

• If you do not see the desired card immediately, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.
• You can modify or remove app cards by returning to the object customization page at any time.
