Workflows

Workflows let you automate nurturing emails for recycled deals and leads. By creating a workflow, you can decide who to target, when to contact them, and what messages to send — all in an organized, repeatable sequence.

Access Workflows

Go to Nurturing. Here you’ll see your list of existing workflows and the option to create new ones.

Create a Workflow

  1. Click + Workflow.
  2. Name your workflow – Choose something descriptive (e.g., Pricing Objections – Follow-up).
  3. Set the basics – Select the workflow’s language and assign a default sender from the senders you’ve already added.

Define Your Audience

  • Audience type – Choose between:
    • Dynamic (recommended): Updates automatically based on the filters you set.
    • Static: A fixed list that only changes when you edit it manually.
  • Segments – If using Dynamic, select the segments to target.
  • Products – Specify which product(s) this workflow applies to.
  • Recycle reasons – Choose which lost-deal reasons should trigger the workflow.
  • Trigger – Define when the workflow should start (e.g., when a product is recycled).

Add Email Steps

  1. Click + and select Send Email.
  2. Choose an email template.
  3. Set a Delay (e.g., send immediately, after 1 day, after 3 days).
  4. Select a sender (if different from the default).
  5. Use the position setting to place the step in the right order.

Repeat these steps to build out your full nurturing sequence.

Activate Your Workflow

When everything looks good, toggle the workflow’s status to Active. Once active, Rizer will automatically begin sending emails to the defined audience.

Manage Your Workflow

Inside each workflow, you can see all steps, templates, and delays at a glance. From here you can:

  • Edit steps or templates
  • Adjust delays and senders
  • Monitor how your workflow is structured
