Workflows

  • Access Workflows: Go to “Settings” > “Nurturing” > “Workflows.”
  • Create a Workflow: Click “+ Workflow.”
  • Name and Settings:
    • Give your workflow a descriptive name.
    • Select the workflow’s language.
    • Assign a default sender from the “Senders” you’ve added.
  • Edit Audience:
    • Audience Type: Choose between “Static” (fixed list) or “Dynamic” (updates based on criteria). It’s recommended to use “Dynamic” for ongoing nurturing.
    • Segments: If using “Dynamic,” select the segments you want to target.
    • Products: Specify which product(s) are relevant to this workflow.
    • Recycle Reason: If applicable, choose the recycle reason(s) that should trigger this workflow.
    • Trigger: Define when the workflow should start (e.g., when a product is recycled).
  • Add Email Steps:
    • Click “+”, then select “Send Email” to add an email step to your workflow.
    • Choose the email template you want to use.
    • Set the “Delay” to determine when this email will be sent relative to other steps (e.g., send immediately, after 1 day, after 3 days).
    • Choose the sender for this specific email (if different from the default).
    • Use the position setting to choose where in the workflow this step should appear.
  • Activate Workflow: Toggle the workflow’s status to “Active” to start sending emails.
  • Manage Workflow: In this tab you can see all the actions, templates and delays in the workflow.
