Workflow performance

Rizer gives you detailed performance metrics for every nurturing workflow, so you can track engagement, optimize messaging, and understand how your recycled leads and deals respond over time.

Where to find workflow performance

To view workflow performance:

  • Go to Nurturing in the main menu.
  • Open any workflow.
  • Click the Workflow performance tab (default view).

You’ll see a full breakdown of results, from audience size to individual step metrics.

Highlights section

At the top of the performance screen, you’ll find key highlights:

  • All time audience – total number of contacts that have entered this workflow.
  • Average emails daily – how many emails the workflow sends per day on average.
  • Open rate – percentage of delivered emails that were opened.
  • CTR (Click-through rate) – percentage of delivered emails where a link was clicked.
  • Bounce rate – percentage of emails that could not be delivered.
  • Marked as spam – number of recipients who reported workflow emails as spam.
  • Domain reputation – overall sending health based on deliverability and engagement.

This gives you a quick snapshot of performance and sender credibility.

Emails by status

The Emails by status table breaks performance down step by step. For each workflow step (email):

  • Sent – total emails sent.
  • Delivered – successfully delivered emails.
  • Opened – how many recipients opened, shown as both count and percentage.
  • Clicked – number of recipients who clicked a link inside the email.
  • Unsubscribed – recipients who unsubscribed through this step.
  • Bounced – emails that failed to deliver.
  • Reported as spam – emails marked as spam by recipients.

This view makes it easy to identify which messages perform best and where improvements may be needed.

Filtering results

Use the filters above the table to analyze performance by:

  • Year – focus on results for a specific year.
  • Month – drill down into monthly activity.

Filtering lets you track performance trends over time and compare workflows across campaigns.

How to use workflow performance

Test subject lines and content – if open rates are low, experiment with subject lines, personalization, or timing.

Improve click-throughs – review email copy and calls to action to encourage more link clicks.

Monitor audience fatigue – high unsubscribe rates may signal that your content needs refreshing.

Track ROI – compare workflow engagement to deal outcomes in Rizer’s dashboards and reports.

By regularly reviewing workflow performance, you can fine-tune nurturing campaigns, keep engagement high, and maximize the impact of recycling.
