Competitors

Adding a Competitor:
- Click the “+ Competitor” button.
- Enter the competitor’s name.
- Add their products one by one.
- For each competitor product, select the corresponding or equivalent product(s) from your own offerings.
- Click “Add” to save the competitor profile.
Editing a Competitor:
- Select the competitor you want to edit from the list.
- Modify the competitor’s name, product names, or your product matches as needed.
- Note: If a competitor’s product is already associated with leads or customers in your system, you’ll need to remove those associations before you can edit the product.
