Export a deal from Rizer

This article explains how to export recycled deals from Rizer to HubSpot. Recycling lost deals allows you to revisit potential opportunities. Follow these steps to transfer recycled deals into HubSpot.

Exporting the deal

  1. Complete the recycling process in Rizer: Ensure the recycling process is fully finished in Rizer before proceeding.
  2. Export the deal to HubSpot: Export the deal from Rizer, and a new deal will be created in your HubSpot account.
  3. Assign the deal to the sales rep: The new deal will automatically be assigned to the same sales representative who handled the original deal.
  4. Set the pipeline stage: The deal will be placed in the pipeline stage you selected during the onboarding process.

Every day, at the end of the day, Rizer will automatically export completed recycling deals into HubSpot as new deals. The number of deals being exported is limited just by the limit you set during onboarding.

Throughout the day deals can also be exported manually by clicking the “Export to HubSpot now” as shown in the image above.

If you want to export a deal that is not yet ready (recycling is not completed), first edit the callback date and move it to today. This will mark it as completed and then you can easily export it.

Deal details in HubSpot

  • Identify recycled deals: Each recycled deal will have a recycling icon in its name, making it easy to distinguish from other deals.
  • View Rizer information: In the dedicated Rizer section in HubSpot, you’ll find details about the deal’s creation and a link to the original deal.

Managing ongoing exports

As you recycle more lost deals in Rizer, they will be exported to HubSpot once the recycling process is complete. This ensures a steady flow of recycled opportunities into your pipeline.

  • Monitor the performance of recycled deals to refine your strategy over time.
  • Ensure the recycling process is fully completed in Rizer before exporting.
  • Verify that your HubSpot account is properly connected to Rizer.
  • Confirm that the selected pipeline stage exists in HubSpot.
