Nurturing audience

Each workflow in Rizer targets a specific audience of recycled deals and contacts. You can choose between two audience types: Dynamic or Static.

Dynamic Audience

A dynamic audience updates automatically based on the filters you define when creating the workflow. Rizer constantly checks for new contacts that match your criteria and adds them in, while removing those that no longer qualify.

Dynamic Audience Tab
Open the Dynamic Audience tab in your workflow to see who is currently included. This view shows contacts in real time, along with their status:

  • Active – The contact is currently moving through the workflow.
  • Paused – Nurturing has been temporarily stopped for this contact.
  • Available – The contact meets the criteria but hasn’t been added to the workflow yet.
  • Unsubscribed – The contact opted out of your emails.
  • Marked as Spam – The contact flagged your email as spam.

You can still manage individuals by pausing, removing, or reviewing available contacts — but overall, the audience is driven by your filters.

Tip: Use dynamic audiences when you want Rizer to automatically keep nurturing relevant contacts without manual updates.

Static Audience

A static audience is fixed — you decide exactly who is in it. You can add multiple companies or leads at once, remove individual ones, or manually add new ones later. Unlike dynamic, the audience won’t change unless you edit it yourself.

Tip: Use static audiences when you want total control over who receives nurturing, for example when testing a campaign with a specific set of companies.
