Nurturing audience

  • Dynamic Audience Tab: If you have selected a “Dynamic” audience, go to the “Dynamic Audience” tab within the workflow.
  • Review Contacts: See a list of contacts currently included in the audience.
  • Contact Status: Contacts can have a status such as “Active” (currently in the workflow), “Paused”, “Available” (met criteria but not yet added), “Unsubscribed,” or “Marked as Spam.”
  • Control Contacts:
    • Pause: Temporarily stop sending emails to a specific company.
    • Remove: Exclude a company from the workflow.
    • Available: View contacts that meet the criteria but are not actively being nurtured.
